5 Betting Rules

- Accumulator: If one leg of a bet is cancelled, it will be treated as a "push" (1.00) and the remaining legs will stand.
- Maximum Win Limit: A maximum win limit applies to each event and market. Unusually large winnings may be subject to verification.
Live Betting Note: Odds in live betting change in real time. A bet is not confirmed until the odds are accepted.
6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

- Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a specified wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x), meaning you must wager the bonus amount that many times over.
- Duration: Each bonus has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- Minimum Odds: A minimum odds requirement generally applies when placing bets using a bonus.
- Multiple Bonuses: Only one bonus can be active at a time, unless an offer specifically states otherwise.
- Bonus Abuse: Badvisa may cancel bonuses if a deposit appears to have been made solely to claim a bonus, or if unusual betting patterns are detected.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Badvisa:
- Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information
- Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts (arbitrage)
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources
- Hacking, using bots, or running automated software on the platform

Consequences: If prohibited activity is proven, your account will be suspended immediately, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Badvisa may also close or temporarily suspend an account under certain circumstances.
- Voluntary Closure: If you close your account for personal reasons, your balance will be refunded (excluding any bonus balance).
- Badvisa-Initiated Closure: If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any decision regarding a balance refund will be made following an investigation.
- Inactive Account: An inactivity fee may be charged if your account remains dormant for an extended period (12 months).
